Weekly Update

(April 27th 2026)

Hi everyone,

It’s been about a week since my last update, and I wanted to take a moment to reconnect, share what’s been happening behind the scenes, and give you a glimpse of what’s ahead.

Over the past few months, I’ve been focused on preparing for the launch of A Coven Reborn, which is due for release on Friday, 1st May. While things may have seemed quiet here, it’s been anything but behind the scenes. Progress isn’t always loud or visible, but it has been steady, purposeful, and incredibly rewarding.

One of the most exciting developments has been work on my new series, The Legacy of Ash and Fire. This project has challenged and inspired me in equal measure, pushing me to grow as a writer in ways I hadn’t anticipated. I’m looking forward to sharing more soon, but I can say this: seeing the coven I’ve loved and built over the years step into the 21st century, with a series of its own, feels incredibly special. With it comes new coven members, ancient magic awakening once more, and, of course, a new power rising at its core.

I’ve also spent time reflecting on the direction of my work and what I want this space to become. Moving forward, you can expect more frequent updates, along with behind-the-scenes insights into my research and writing process, as I focus on expanding the coven and the world of their magic. This feels like the natural direction for my stories right now, and it’s where my creative energy is leading me.

That said, my myth-inspired books and reimaginings of Scottish folklore aren’t going anywhere. They’ll simply take a quieter role for now while I concentrate on building the strongest possible narratives within my witchy universe. I’m especially excited to explore the depth of the magic system—its ties to the Triple Goddess and Nicnevin—and to continue shaping a world that is both powerful and shadowed by darker forces.

Thank you for being here, whether you’ve followed my journey from the beginning or have only just joined. Your support means more than I can ever fully express.

More updates soon — and, as always, happy reading.

Take care,
Becca
